Because every Unscripted piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, or preference. Each item is crafted specifically for you, and we encourage you to review your measurements carefully before placing an order.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at unscripted.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or resolve it on priority.
